 A. Application form

It is similar to the other Spain short-stay visas. You should complete, print, date, and sign it.

Photos. You must provide two photos taken in the past three months.

B. Passport

The passport you provide must have the following conditions:

  • Have two blank pages
  • Not older than ten years

C. Flight booking

It will state the date you enter and leave Spain with your name.

D. Invitation letter

E. Travel health insurance:

  • It must be valid in Spain and all the other Schengen states.

F. Proof to have enough funds

You must provide evidence to have enough money to cover your expenses in Spain. You could do it through:

  • Your Bank statement
  • Your host bank statement

The statements should be older than three months.

G. Civil status proof

You must provide the following documents:

  • marriage certificate
  • birth certificate of children
  • death certificate of spouse

H. Cover letter

It is from you to the Spanish authorities explaining the purpose of your trip to Spain.

K. Permission leave

You must provide a letter from your employer authorizing the trip. It will state:

1. Find out whether you need a Spain business visa or not

2. Complete application form

3. Gather the requirements
