Fill out the Visa Application Form

How long is the Israel working holiday visa valid for?

There is a 12-month limit on the validity of all Working Holiday visas. The program is based on reciprocity. The duration of your stay could change by your nationality. For instance, Australian citizens are allowed to stay for another six months.

Remember that you must enter Israel for the first time within three months of receiving your visa.

Important tips on Israel working holiday visa

  1. In Israel, working vacationers can work for up to six months in a year (maximum length of stay). A new employer must be found within three months of the previous one’s termination date, however.
  2. Your own children and other relatives cannot accompany you.
  3. The Israel Working Holiday Visa can only be applied for once in a lifetime, and it cannot be extended after the initial 12 months have passed. You may be able to have your working holiday visa converted at the local immigration office if you find work during your stay.
  4. You must agree to the fees of 41 € that will be charged to your account.
  5. No other airports in Israel are allowed to accept the working holiday visa!
