According to CNN, there is a new list of countries welcoming US tourists and accepting them despite the spread of the Omicron variant.
There are still health risks for traveling, and it is up to your choices to pick them.
What should you determine before starting your trip?
Before you start your journey or pick your destination, you would better know what they require from US travelers. Determining the following items is essential for your trip:
- The destination accepts only fully vaccinated people or not.
- Are there any exemptions for fully vaccinated people, and those recovered from Covid-19 or not
- Are negative Covid tets results required for entering the country or not. The time limits, type of the tests, and other safety measures need to be clarified.
- Is there a quarantine requirement? If yes, for how long.
- Entrance rules if you are entering from a third country.
- CDC safety rating for the destination.
