If you are from a nation on the above list and stay for up to 90 days in one year, you don’t need a Brazil visa. In case you want to stay longer than 90 days, apply for a Brazil long-stay visa.

Exempted Countries for 30 or 60 Day stay Within One Year.

If you are a national of the below list, you don’t need a Brazil visa for a 30-day stay in one year:

  • Indonesia
  • Kazakhstan
  • Singapore

The nationals of Venezuela are also exempt from 60 days stays over one year.
