Global Talent Stream (GTS) is helping Canadian employers to hire skilled tech workers easily. It’s one of the columns of Canada’s Global Skills Strategy. Employers do not need to advertise the job inside Canada in the GTS, and they can apply for LMIA directly. A designated referral partner needs to clarify the employer to the Global Talent Stream.
