SberPay is still available to Russians with Mastercard, Visa, and Mir cards

Given recent occurrences, Sberbank has issued a statement stating that SberPay may still be used on online payment sites for Mastercard, Visa, and Mir payment networks. To do so, select the SberPay option.
SberPay remains accessible to Russians with Mastercard, Visa, and Mir cards
Furthermore, the bank informed Sberbank account owners that they might pay for items using a QR code and the Pay at One Glance feature with appropriate terminals.
Remember that contactless payment with Mir cards via cellphones via SberPay has been restricted starting April 13. Later, Sberbank clarified what this meant and how to get around the new barrier.
An unidentified technical partner enforced a block on SberPay payments in stores, despite the bank’s assurance that a remedy was on the way and that the service would be restored shortly. However, if you connect your Mir card to Mir Pay or Samsung Pay, you may pay using your phone. Plastic cards can also be used.
